At Klutch Bar, we stand behind the quality of every bar we make.
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theklutchbar.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our discretion.
